Delete your Hanaa account and data

Start deletion immediately in the app: Profile → Safety and data → Delete account. Deletion covers the account and associated moments, groups, invitations, and media.

Delete on the website

Sign in with the same account, open account settings, and choose permanent deletion. Google or Apple accounts do not need a Hanaa password to delete.

Need help?

Email [email protected] from the account email. We may request verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
