Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13. Keep sign-in credentials secure and tell us about unauthorized use.
• Creation may be used as a guest; you remain responsible for content published through a guest session.

Your content and responsibility

• You retain ownership and grant us a limited license to host, process, and display content only to operate the service.
• You must have rights to text, photos, video, and music and obtain consent from depicted or named people where needed.
• Review copy, templates, and preview before publication. Templates are suggestions, not verified facts or authenticated scripture.

Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, hate, threats, violence, sexual exploitation, and especially any abusive content involving minors.
• Impersonation, exposing private data, non-consensual intimate content, scams, and spam.
• Copyright infringement, illegal activity, or attempts to compromise or disrupt the service.

Moderation and removal

We may restrict or remove violating content or accounts and preserve limited evidence needed to investigate. Group-surprise owners review contributions; reporting remains available to visitors and administrators.

Service and payment

The service is currently free and features may change or pause for maintenance. Future paid digital features offered in the app will use the device store’s required payment system where applicable.

Account termination

Delete registered or guest data inside the app. Deletion removes associated content as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend serious or repeated abuse.
